He utilizes a wide range of proven chiropractic techniques—including Gonstead, Diversified, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Thompson Drop, Activator/Impulse, and soft tissue therapies—to help improve spinal function, mobility, and overall wellness.   In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Mootz is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He integrates corrective exercises, therapeutic stretching, and kinesiology taping into treatment plans to help patients recover more efficiently, improve performance, and reduce the risk of future injuries.   Originally from Necedah, Wisconsin, Dr. Mootz has served patients in the Oshkosh and greater Winnebago County area for over seven years. He and his wife recently made Winneconne their home, where they live with their four young children.
